Matt Vanover always helps me when I need to bring my vehicle into the dealership. Had a nail in my tire and they took care of it for me.

Just what I wanted

Ted and the other people at the dealership worked with me to make sure I could get the car I wanted without putting me in a bad financial situation. They were all friendly and sincerely cared about my situation.

I had to pay for a part after they told me I was under warranty. I think what they gave me is not the right part.?They weren’t mean or anything like that, I just was told it was ok, my suv is a 2025 Chevy Trailblazer that I bought last Nov 6, 2024.

They did a great job servicing my truck.

Communication was great. My salesman, Drew Walters, was very responsive (even after hours) and located the exact vehicle we wanted! Great experience!

The person that rotated the tires didn’t put the lug nuts back correctly . . When l got on the road, my front driver’s side tire flew off and hit a van. This caused a great deal of damage to my car also.

The repair seems complete but customer communication needs to be addressed. Customers should never be left on hold or hung up on. The departments need to work together so that representatives have up to date information & there should be an option for customers to leave an email or receive a text for updates/vehicle status. Especially, if parts are taking weeks & this is going to be an ongoing issue for GM. A customer should never leave with the feeling that they would drive a much longer distance for service the next time because of these issues. That being said Pam & Shannon did the best they could with the information they had to work with & it was appreciated. The parts manager left me seriously considering ever purchasing or having my vehicle maintained at Walter's again. My last vehicle was purchased there & my last 3 were always serviced there.

Everyone was friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help get us what we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Got vehicle in and diagnosed in a timely manner.

Walters took me in at latest scheduled appointment to accurate my work schedule, they inspected a complaint I had on one of the buckle restraints and are supposed to be back to me when they have a replacement. Was in and out in about 40 minutes. Appreciate the effort and follow up

Everything was ok,and there is a guy at the service desk, who is extremely sweet and nice, I don’t know his name but I wish every person could be like him. He has blondish hair. I am an older lady and I really appreciate when younger ones have kindness. I wished him a good Christmas and he did back also.

ALL THE SERVICE ADVISORS ARE GREAT

There is an obvious issue with the transmission in my truck. It has been seen several times for the same issue, and somehow the service department seems to never find anything wrong or their response is “there is a bulletin about that.” I will never purchase another vehicle from Walter’s GM. My salesman was wonderful, however the service department is terrible.

We were on the way home to Indiana and experienced some truck issues. We seen your dealership and stopped to see if they could assist. Awesome service dept! He was great with explaining the issue. (Don’t remember his name) Long story short, I asked him for a salesman and he introduced us to Ryan Hall. He was one of the best we’ve ever dealt with in ever purchasing a vehicle. Listened to what we were looking for and helped us in our decision making. Even suggested a place to eat (Drakes) before we headed back out on our trip. We finally left in a 2026 Silverado and made it to Indiana safely. Kuddos to everyone there that day! Great dealership 😊
